**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients** **Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 900000 (ie INR 8 - 9 LPA)** Min Experience: 10+ years Location: Rajasthan JobType: full-time **Requirements** Provides comprehensive technical services tailored specifically for the power sector, with a strong emphasis on the testing, commissioning, maintenance, and automation of high voltage (HV) and extra high-voltage (EHV) substations, with capabilities extending up to 765 kV. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of activities designed to ensure reliable and efficient power system operations. **About the role** * **Testing & Commissioning:** Conducting thorough tests and systematic commissioning procedures to validate the performance and safety of substation equipment and systems. * **Operation & Maintenance:** Overseeing daily operations and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to enhance equipment longevity and system reliability. * **Hands-on Experience with 765 KV Substations:** Demonstrating extensive practical exposure to handling complex substation infrastructures at ultra-high voltage levels. * **Client Management:** Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and responsiveness. * **Manpower Handling:** Leading and coordinating skilled teams effectively to accomplish project goals within the stipulated timeframes. * **Bill Processing:** Managing financial documentation and billing procedures efficiently to maintain transparency and timely settlements. ### Must-have skills Operations and Maintenance expertise, including troubleshooting and system optimization in high voltage environments. ### Good-to-have skills Experience and knowledge in Commissioning practices to facilitate smooth project execution and handover.
