Must Have
Possesses a recognized degree in any branch of engineering or technology and has had practical experience of working in a factory in supervisory capacity for a period of one-two years., Possesses a full-time degree or diploma or certificate in industrial safety or equivalent of duration not less than one Year awarded by any university incorporated under the Central or State legislations or Department of Technical Education or Board of Technical education of any State Government of India., Has adequate fluency in Telugu language
What You'll Do.
Advise and assist factory management on safety obligations.
Advise management on occupational safety and health legislation.
Design and implement safety initiatives and campaigns.
Design and conduct safety training programs.
Coordinate risk assessment studies and follow-up compliance.
Coordinate third-party inspections and surveys.
Investigate reportable accidents and maintain records.
Carry out job safety studies and plant safety inspections.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with peers and manager for training and mentoring.; Work with concerned departments for safety initiatives.; Collaborate with training department for safety programs.; Coordinate with internal or external resources for risk assessment.; Coordinate all third-party inspections/survey/investigations/testing.
