If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an **Site HRBP** located in **Zhuhai****.** Reporting to the **Senior Director, Regional HR Business Partner,** the **Site HRBP** is responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth. **What a typical day looks like:** * Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy aligned with business goals * Advise and coach managers on: * Talent management * Performance management * Succession planning * Employee engagement and retention * Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives * Identify organizational gaps and implement solutions to improve performance * Drive change management and cross-cultural communication strategies * Support key HR programs: * Performance review * Rewards planning * Training & development * Collaborate with HR teams and COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions * Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels * Ensure compliance with all local HR policies and regulations * Lead or participate in key projects (e.g. business transformation, M&A if applicable) **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * 8+ years of HR experience, covering multiple HR functions * Strong knowledge of: * Organizational Development * Change Management * HR best practices * Proven experienc
