Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biological Sciences required, 15-+ years direct operating experience in Pharmaiotech, Industrialization, Project Management, and Quality in a global, matrix environment, Demonstrated leadership and behavior competencies, Demonstrated large scale complex Supply Chain Manufacturing Management experience and expertise, people management skills, Demonstrated experience with complex budget, financial controls, capital project leadership and development, Demonstrated experience interfacing with Governmental agencies and regulatory boards
Nice to Have
Masters or MBA preferred, Lean Six Sigma certification – green or black belt or other certifications (preferred)
