We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies. **The principal mission of this position is to manage the Site 's Process & Test Engineering team and define the long-term industrial strategy, with a strong focus on advanced manufacturing and robotics.** * **Manage the Process & Test Engineering teams within the Site.** * **Define the industrial guidelines and strategy, with a strong emphasis on automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies (process, equipment, plant layout, etc.).** * **Ensure the deployment of process objectives and maintain high compliance levels within the Site.** * **Manage and ensure the coherence of industrialisation programs across the Site.** * **Manage the industrial investments program.** * **Monitor automated machine performance and lead continuous improvement plans.** * **Drive the implementation and optimisation of industrial technologies, particularly focusing on robotics and high-speed automation systems.** * **Manage and lead the Process and Test Expertise within the Site.** * **Coordinate internal interfaces between the Site and global functions, including Product Groups, Product Lines, Regional Operations, and the Process Expertise Center.** * **Manage the industrial teams covering plant, production, and industrialisation.** * **Manage the Site 's industrial plan in line with the long-term strategic plan.** * **Coordinate and promote standardisation projects for products and processes.** * **Participate in the Technical Committee and validate process Engineering Change Requests (ECR).** * **Manage and validate complex industrialisation projects, ensuring the e
