Full Job Description
HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Site Engineer** to manage and supervise construction site activities. The Site Engineer will ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, schedules, and quality standards. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is done according to approved plans and specifications. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering teams on-site. * Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance. * Resolve technical issues and provide solutions promptly to avoid delays. * Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates. * Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently. * Conduct inspections and tests to verify work quality. * Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on-site. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * 12 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Familiarity with safety regulations and site management protocols. * Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is an advantage.
