Full Job Description
Typical Accountabilities * Establish and coordinate strategic partnership collaborations with key sites e.g. building research capabilities such as translational research and process digitalisation, sharing of therapeutic expertise, R&D Forums/workshops. * Set up and build new key sites with the site management team. Ensure coordination of clinical studies from site selection through site close out. * Maintain regular contact with key site stakeholders and establish point of contact for institutional communication e.g. Bi-Annual key site leadership review meeting, site visits and remote updates. * Facilitate the trial delivery in hospital level through the alignment of study start-up process and systemized workflow, such as key site Master Clinical Service Agreement template. Support issue handling to ensure the quality and speed of ongoing and new clinical trials in key sites. * Participate in initiatives/activities as agreed with Line Manager (Head of DevOps/ Head of SEAL). * Actively share applicable information that may be relevant to other functions such as key site intelligence and industry development trends e.g. early stage development, technology integration, key site capability and resource, site process and recruitment/quality metrics. * Ensure compliance with AstraZeneca’s Code of Conduct and company policies and procedures relating to people, finance, technology, security and SHE (Safety, Health and Environment). * Contribute to process improvements, knowledge transfer and best practice sharing. Qualifications and Skills **Essential** * Bachelor degree in life science or related discipline. * At least 6 year working experience in pharmaceutical company, with basic knowledge in clinical research, preferred in multinational pharmaceutical companies or multinational CROs is preferred. * Have proven track record on external stakeholders engagement. * Fluent in both oral and written English. * Excellent project management skills. * Adapt to change with a pos
