You'll partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into the fabric of our daily operations, using data-driven insights to create innovative solutions that reduce risk and enhance productivity. Your ability to build trust, influence change, and drive results will be crucial as you lead comprehensive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies. Leadership is at the heart of this role. You'll build and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
