Must Have

Diploma in occupational safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field, 7-10+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial setting, 3-5 years of previous experience managing a team, 3-5 years managing EHS across multiple sites, Proven success in influencing matrixed teams and driving cultural transformation, Knowledge of regulatory standards, ISO 14001/ 45001/ 9001, and behavior-based safety systems, Proficient in EHS digital platforms, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, tailored to varied audiences

Nice to Have

EHS Certification (CRSP, NCSO, CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE), Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology

Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures

Conduct risk assessments

Conduct hazard analyses

Conduct ergonomic evaluations

Ensure compliance across multiple reporting lines

Manage environmental reporting

Manage waste characterization

Manage regulatory submissions

Participate in EHS audits

Participate in risk assessments

Partner with JCI Legal on regulatory and compliance

Facilitate safety committees
