Must Have
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 6 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience, Minimum 3 years work experience or 6 months working as a DT Site Leader, Legal authorization to work in the U. Experience working IT in a manufacturing environment, Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operations, Experienced in design, performance, availability and scalability of the infrastructure, Demonstrated ability to managing infrastructure and manufacturing execution systems (MES), Demonstrated ability to integrate with manufacturing technologies, Demonstrated understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, Demonstrated ability to manage team/product operations within own budget, Demonstrated ability to drive projects based on business strategies and customer requirements, Demonstrated customer focus, Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts, Green belt certified
What You'll Do.
Set IT strategy & roadmap
Manage information technology for the site
Ensure performance & availability of IT infrastructure & applications
Partner with business for process transformation
Lead evaluation/implementation of software solutions
Work with central digital product teams
Manage machine instrumentation initiatives
Monitor network performance
Manage Digital Workspace technology
Manage deployment and support of shop floor PCs
Provide on-site support for networking
Coordinate IT infrastructure work
Respond to cybersecurity threats
Escalate IT issues affecting production
Provide on call support
