We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Site Coordinator to join our Tasmanian terminal operations team at our Devonport fuel facility. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will lead a small team of two and be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient terminal operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership position and is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is a full-time role with working days being Monday to Friday with some additional hours required outside of this when shipments come in on evenings, weekends or public holidays. * Champion Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance, fostering a culture of Goal Zero and zero harm. * Ensure site compliance with HSSE regulations, including management system implementation, WorkSafe and EPA audits, and assurance activities. * Maintain emergency response readiness, including procedure reviews and equipment testing to current standards. * Lead and develop your team, promoting inclusive
