What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Licensed Civil Engineer, Minimum 3 years of professional experience in civil engineering roles within the power utilities, renewable energy particularly in ground mounted solar power plant, or large scale construction industry., Proficiency in construction methodologies and techniques., Familiarity with industry-relevant software (e. g. , AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)., Strong understanding of civil engineering standards, codes, and regulations., Familiar with MS Project or any project planning software., Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills., Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed., Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and adapt to changing priorities., Fluent in English and Ilonggo (local dialect)
Nice to Have
Experience in ground mounted solar power plant rolling terrain is an added advantage., Certification in health and safety standards (e. g. , OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage., Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) certifications an added advantage.

The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing all civil engineering aspects of the project, including land development works and structural engineering aspect, ensuring that construction activities align with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. 1.
