How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with site and global leadership to ensure Remitly’s cultural values are consistently integrated across all departments and levels.; Partner with internal teams (HR, Operations, and others) to identify engagement needs and design tailored initiatives for various employee groups.; Partner with the Global Impact team in Seattle to align local initiatives with global strategies.; Collaborate with the Global Impact Team on philanthropy programs.; Identify and manage partnerships with local organizations and non-profits.; Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings in collaboration with key stakeholders.; Actively nurture communication and feedback loops within the team to leverage insights and continuously improve programs.

Communication Scope

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.; Ability to present ideas clearly and build buy-in from senior executives and frontline employees alike.
