You'll independently conduct comprehensive facility assessments, deliver technical consulting services, and manage projects from proposal through final deliverable. This position combines technical expertise in critical MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) infrastructure with strong client communication skills and business acumen, supporting data centers and mission-critical facilities. ## Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Conducting comprehensive Critical Environment Gap Assessments (CEGA) for data centers and mission-critical facilities through visual, non-intrusive inspections of MEP systems * Inspecting and evaluating UPS systems, generators, PDUs (power distribution units), transformers, electrical distribution, cooling infrastructure (chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, evaporative cooling systems), fire suppression and life safety systems (FM200, pre-action sprinklers, VESDA), and building automation and monitoring systems * Evaluating equipment condition, redundancy configurations (N, N+1, 2N), and operational readiness while assessing compliance with industry standards including NFPA 110, NFPA 70, Uptime Institute Tier Standards, and ASHRAE * Identifying single points of failure, deferred maintenance, and infrastructure gaps, then
