What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years of professional consultancy experience in architectural project management and site oversight, Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification, Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Excel skills, understanding of building codes, safety regulations, Saudi Arabia statutory authority requirements, Proven track record in quality assurance and quality control processes for architectural projects, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, decisive decision-making skills, Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support team members in a collaborative environment, Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to maintaining the highest standards of architectural integrity, Experience with MEP coordination, multi-disciplinary project integration, Proven time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Nice to Have
Experience working on large-scale commercial or hospitality projects in the Middle East region, Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, digital project delivery methods
