This position is in-person located in the education building on Minot Air Force Base

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree required, At least three years of professional level experience, preferably working with students, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a professional setting, Candidates must have customer service experience and excellent communication skills, A customer-first attitude and professionalism are essential, Analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlookail, and preferably SalesForce experience, Ability to learn new things and keep up with the pace of changing technology, Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of individuals in a friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic manner, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to investigate, problem solve and make informed decisions, Working knowledge of office procedures and equipment

Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Provide academic counseling on degree curriculums

Develop personalized degree plans and monitor student success

Assist students with registration

Guide students on financial aid

Support student retention efforts through proactive outreach

Promote student involvement in university organizations

Maintain regular contact with students throughout their academic journey

Provide onboarding support to new students

Offer proactive outreach to students at risk

Maintain accurate student records in university systems

Document advisement conversations and track academic progress

Oversee site operations

including facility management

Coordinate with senior leadership on budget planning

Engage with the local community to build partnerships

Support graduation events

enrollment initiatives

Ensure compliance with university policies

Assist in budget development and expense monitoring

Ensure timely reporting and cost-saving measures

Maintain compliance with state

and accreditation regulations

Oversee inventory and safeguard university assets

Participates as a team member and supports our team environment; Collaborate with faculty to address student concerns; Coordinates with the educational services office
