Bachelor's degree required, At least three years of professional level experience, preferably working with students, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a professional setting., Candidates must have customer service experience and excellent communication skills., A customer-first attitude and professionalism are essential.
Nice to Have
preferably SalesForce experience
What You'll Do.
Provide academic counseling
Develop personalized degree plans
Monitor student success
Assist students with registration
Guide students on financial aid
Support student retention efforts
Maintain regular contact with students
Provide onboarding support
Offer proactive outreach
Congratulate and guide students
Maintain accurate student records
Document advisement conversations
Oversee site operations
Coordinate with senior leadership
Engage with local community
Support graduation events
Ensure compliance with university policies
Assist in budget development
Ensure timely reporting
Maintain compliance with regulations
