Full Job Description
Site Administrator £29,361.51 iForce (Part of the Culina Group) is at the forefront of e-commerce fulfilment, returns processing and carrier management. With its own in-house technology infrastructure this underpins the iForce offering to customers. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our site. This role is crucial in ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key part in supporting site operations, maintaining records, and working closely with colleagues across the business to keep everything running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily absence and attendance reporting (including AWOL tracking) * Maintain agency trackers and fire registers to ensure accurate attendance records * Provide administrative support including note-taking in meetings * Update communication boards with announcements, KPIs, and job adverts * Maintain time & attendance (T&A) records and systems * Administer LMS systems and ensure all data is accurate and up to date * Process new starter documentation, including right to work checks * Order PPE, uniforms, and stationery * Manage site access permissions * Support inductions for employees and contractors * Maintain training matrices and ensure compliance * Track holidays, appraisals, and 1:1 reviews ## Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is: * Experienced in an administrative role (essential) * Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload * Confident in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills * A team player who builds strong working relationships Experience within logistics or warehousing is advantageous but not essential. ## Additional Information As part of our drive to make iforce a gr eat place to work, we are proud to be an inclusive and diverse orga
