What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10+ years of experience in demand planning or S&OP / SIOP within a B2B manufacturing environment, Demonstrated ownership of the full SIOP cycle, including executive-level facilitation, Proficiency with ERP planning systems and tools, understanding of MRP, supply planning, and integrated business planning processes, knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and demand planning best practices, Hands-on experience using ERP systems to support supply planning, materials management, production planning, and MRP analysis, Advanced analytics capabilities using data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau), Excel, and ERP-based reporting platforms, Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and drive consensus
Nice to Have
Industry experience in semiconductor equipment, precision instruments, medical devices, analytical technology, or aerospace / defense, Experience with SAP APO, IBP, SAP PP / MRP, SAP MM, or SAP Analytics Cloud, Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain / Engineering), APICS CPIM or CSCP, IBF CPF, or SAP IBP certification, communication and executive presence, Ability to lead through complexity and influence cross-functional partners

Own the ISS Division’s end-to-end SIOP strategy and monthly planning cycle
Lead demand planning and statistical forecasting
Improve forecast performance
Translate demand plans into long-range supply
and constraint models
Partner with Operations
and global sites to align supply capability
intercompany planning
and short-term S&OE priorities
Prepare and lead Executive SIOP reviews
Align operational plans with financial commitments
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets
and broader business objectives
Drive continuous improvement of planning processes
and demand-sensing capabilities

Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with leaders across Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance, Materials, and Supply Chain; Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings; Influence cross-functional partners
