Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, or related quantitative field, 8–10+ years of experience in demand planning or S&OP / SIOP within a B2B manufacturing environment, Demonstrated ownership of the full SIOP cycle, including executive-level facilitation, Proficiency with ERP planning systems and tools, Understanding of MRP, supply planning, and integrated business planning processes, Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and demand planning best practices, Hands-on experience using ERP systems to support supply planning, materials management, production planning, and MRP analysis, Advanced analytics capabilities using data visualization tools, Excel, and ERP-based reporting platforms, Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional planning meetings and drive consensus
Nice to Have
Industry experience in semiconductor equipment, precision instruments, medical devices, analytical technology, or aerospace / defense, Experience with SAP APO, IBP, SAP PP / MRP, SAP MM, or SAP Analytics Cloud, Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain / Engineering), APICS CPIM or CSCP, IBF CPF, or SAP IBP certification, Communication and executive presence, Ability to lead through complexity and influence cross-functional partners
