What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related technical discipline, Prior experience in SIOP, Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline, typically 5+ years in progressively responsible roles, Proven ability to work across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to drive alignment and decision-making, Familiarity with complex, multi-stage manufacturing flows and project-based environments within the oil & gas industry or engineered‑to‑order product lines, background in data‑driven decision‑making, scenario modelling, and risk/opportunity assessment, Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Master’s degree (MBA, Operations, Supply Chain), Formal training or certification in SIOP/IBP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or equivalent planning frameworks, Experience with Oracle ERP and/or CyberPlan APS systems
