Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple campaigns end-to-end, Demonstrated prior experience in a fundraising role, organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners, High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across campaign execution, reporting and processes, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear briefs and updates, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement, Proactive, adaptable and purpose-driven, with a genuine commitment to working in a mission-led organisation, national police history check, qualifications, referee checks, clearance to work with children/vulnerable people

What You'll Do.
Coordinate the end-to-end project management of multi-channel single giving campaigns
from planning through to delivery
Develop and manage detailed campaign project plans and timelines
ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved
Coordinate cross-functional teams
agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes
Prepare and manage clear project briefs for creative
data and production activities
Oversee campaign logistics including print
mailhouse and digital execution with a attention to detail
track expenditure and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and within scope
Analyse results and provide insights to optimise future campaigns and strengthen overall program performance
