We seek highly dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to explore the opportunity to be part of Lesaffre. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution, ensuring Asia Pacific continued development as a vital part of our global operations. Internship Duration: 6 - 12 months Locals are encouraged to apply. - Conduct research on relevant regulations and compliance trends to create informed, compliant solutions and form regulatory opinions for internal research projects. - Develop and maintain comprehensive databases to track regulatory developments across key markets. - Assist in regulatory project management, including conducting regulatory gap analyses and compiling detailed regulatory documentation. - Contribute to drafting, reviewing, and implementing new compliance processes and procedures in accordance with relevant legal regulations. - Prepare and deliver high-quality regulatory and compliance-related presentations, reports, and internal communications to key stakeholders. - Support administrative and documentation tasks related to legal and compliance operations, ensuring efficient record-keeping and compliance. ## Qualifications - Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in food science, business, law, or related disciplines (students from other disciplines with an interest in regulatory and compliance are welcome to apply). - Open-minded, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently. - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with strong written and spoken English skills. - Preference will be given to candid
