Must Have
BS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Aerospace Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, adept experience with MATLAB, Simulink, GMSim, ECU behavioral in the context of plant model development and integration, familiarity or experience with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, GT Suite, GT Power, CarSim, AMESim, etc. and integrating these models into CoSimulations, experience with embedded controls software and architectures, especially AUTOSAR, familiarity with automotive communication technologies including CAN, LIN, SPI, Ethernet, Familiarity in computer programming languages including C/C++, Python, Experience in leading large and/or difficult projects with high levels of ambiguity, Proven ability to work in teams, balancing technical theory with practical limitations., oral and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
MS Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Aerospace Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, SAFe certification(s), Comprehensive vehicle propulsion system-level knowledge, Familiarity with version control systems (VCS) tools like Git, SVN and TFS., Familiarity with simulation data management (SDM) systems like TeamCenter and RTC., Familiarity with GCC compiler, gdb debugger, Eclipse, and ETAS INCA measurement and calibration tools
What You'll Do.
Identify requirements
and deploy simulation projects
Coordinate on-time delivery of simulation components
Integrate plant models and ECU models
Perform virtual system verification
and test virtual controller models
Perform simulation correlation activities
and improve standard simulation architectures
Provide support for released simulations
and execute automated test suites
Assist initiatives to benchmark and adopt next-generation simulation technology
and standardize new simulation development processes
Provide process and architecture feedback improvements
Work in and using the SAFe / Agile construct
