Must Have
Experience using specialized IC SIGINT analysis, processing, and mapping tools, Ability to perform, collaborate, and build solid relationships in a large and operational working environment, Ability to work an asynchronous shift schedule, Active TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph exam, Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with SIGINT collection, processing, or analysis, or 4+ years of experience with SIGINT collection, processing, or analysis in lieu of a degree, Completion of 450 or 460 Course
Nice to Have
Experience using specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, and exploitation tools, Knowledge of SIGINT requirements and operational planning policies, Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and identify improvements, Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with other intelligence professionals, military personnel, and government agencies to share information and support joint intelligence operations; interact with collection managers, collection operators, and analysts on new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies; collaborate with national and tactical collection and operations elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and operational requirements; growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers
