Must Have

Active DoD Secret clearance, BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, 5 years applicable experience, Proficiency in Matlab, Understanding of digital modulation techniques and forward error correction coding implementation, Experience with signal processing algorithm implementation to support link establishment and closure, Good oral and communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment

Nice to Have

Part of tasking will entail supporting technical exchange meetings, test planning, and providing technical reports to management and our customer.
