Responsible for setting up production lines while maintaining inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations

Maintaining assigned forklift

Right-sizing and processing inventory

Providing material handling support for production lines to ensure schedule attainment

Operates a variety of material handling/forklift equipment including Conventional

Tuggers and Walkie Stackers

Correctly and consistently use visual management and safety alerts

Moves inventory in and out of production and warehouse areas correctly

Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations

Right-size/consolidate inventory to 80% utilization using the correct LPN types and storage media

Performs daily inspections on forklifts according to checklist/Infolink

Safely maneuvers the facility on forklift

Correctly track parts using the RF device and WM system

Perform on the job training as needed

Responsible for daily 6S activities

maintaining an organized and safe work area

and any appropriate paperwork/check sheets

Cross train in all areas of Material Handling including both locations

Work assigned overtime when necessary

Other duties as assigned

**_Position Summary:_** Performs semi-skilled work in operating a variety of material handling equipment in the transporting of component parts and finished goods. Responsible for setting up production lines while maintaining inventory accuracy by scanning parts to and from proper locations. Further duties include maintaining assigned forklift, reporting of any maintenance or damage to equipment, right-sizing and processing inventory, and providing material handling support for production lines to ensure schedule attainment. **_Duties and Responsibilities:_** * Operates a variety of material handling/forklift equipment including Conventional, Stockpickers, Reach Trucks, Tuggers and Walkie Stackers.
