What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years experience channel/alliances/partner management, Recruit and activate SI partners, Understand mid-tier SI operations, Experience in ITSM, EX, or CX categories, Build joint business plans, Set pipeline targets, Hold partners accountable, Build senior relationships within SI orgs, Pipeline management discipline, Fluent in Salesforce or equivalent CRM, Align field sales, pre-sales, marketing, Native-level German fluency

What You'll Do.
Own SI business lifecycle in Germany
Prospect and sign mid-tier SI partners
Drive pipeline and revenue through relationships
Identify and target mid-tier SI partners
Build and maintain pipeline of prospective SI partners
Lead partner recruitment process
Design and execute onboarding programs
Build and maintain SI partner capability
Develop joint go-to-market plans
Drive participation in enablement programs
Act as primary relationship owner
Own and manage partner-sourced pipeline
Work with CAMs and AEs
Progress and close SI-originated opportunities
Set and hold partners to pipeline targets
Set and hold partners to revenue commitments
Provide commercial support
Provide technical support
Provide executive support
Track and report on SI pipeline health
Track and report on deal velocity
Track and report on revenue contribution
Ensure accurate forecasting
Contribute to DE SI partner strategy

As SI Partner Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of our Systems Integrator business in Germany — from prospecting and signing new mid-tier SI partners through to driving active pipeline and revenue through those relationships. The German SI opportunity is significant. Freshworks is building a strategic motion to displace incumbent ITSM and CX platforms through SI-led delivery, and this role sits at the centre of that effort. You will work closely with field sales, pre-sales, and marketing, as well as directly with SI practice leads, to build a partner ecosystem that generates meaningful, repeatable revenue.
