What You'll Do.
Assisting with vehicle movement
Performing valet pickups and drop offs
Maintaining the dealership’s appearance
Delivering exceptional customer service
Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude
answers their questions
and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
Records customer’s name
and existing vehicle damage (walk around)
Move and park vehicles in the dealership premises and to maintain flow of traffic.
Drives vehicles to and from service lane
and parking lot as needed.
Keep the dealership lot
organized and presentable.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up; wait at vehicle for customer
thank customers for their business.
Install disposable seat covers
steering wheel covers
floor mats and I. D. tags in all the vehicles taken in for service.
Assist with loaner vehicles and keeping the shop clean.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
