What You'll Do.
Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom
Learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
Optimally communicate appointment policy
Manage customer sign-ins
appointment book and customer job folders
Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections
