This key role is essential in delivering exceptional experiences for our short course students, working closely with Recruitment Advisors and the Short Courses Manager. As the Short Courses Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and outstanding student support throughout their educational journey. Your responsibilities will range from managing enquiries and enrolments to coordinating events and maintaining a clean database. You'll be the welcoming voice on the phone, the helpful presence in our office, and the efficient administrator behind the scenes.
