Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, or similar field, project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in deck building, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, Fundamental understanding of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, Proactive, self-starter mentality with bias toward action

Nice to Have

CPG or food & beverage preferred, Exposure to digital retail media, sponsored search, or e-commerce content management, Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday. com, or similar), Familiarity with data platforms such as IRI/Nielson/SPINS, Deep familiarity with AI systems (for deck creation, calendar management, etc)

What You'll Do.

Coordinate development and production of in-store POS materials

Partner with sales teams to ensure flawless in-store execution at key retail accounts with full scale tracking and reporting

and Instacart — supporting strategy

Manage and optimize retailer. com content including product pages

and ratings & reviews to maximize digital shelf presence

Build and distribute sell-in decks

and 360 campaign calendars to keep internal sales teams and broker partners informed and equipped

Compile and share campaign performance recaps and key insights with internal stakeholders and external partners in clear

action-oriented formats

Support brand campaign planning by coordinating timelines

and ensuring cross-functional alignment with the broader marketing team

Full Job Description

Kettle & Fire is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shopper Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a contract-to-hire (or freelance) basis. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across the full spectrum of shopper marketing — from in-store execution and retailer digital campaigns to trade promotions, co-branded partnerships, and cross-functional communications. You'll partner closely with our Senior Shopper & Brand Marketing Manager, as well as our brand and sales teams, to bring our products to life at every consumer touch point — keeping programs on track, results visible, and the team aligned.
