What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Undergraduate degree with specialization in Business or Marketing, 5+ years of experience in Shopper &/or Brand Marketing, inclusive of omni/digital commerce/retail media, Ability to manage multiple, competing projects at once, time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy, Team player that can collaborate with and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Retailers, Agency Partners, etc.), Ability to work at a strategic as well as an executional level, Solid analytical skills utilizing a variety of sources of data to generate insight and actionable recommendations, Demonstrated business savvy, with confidence to engage at executive levels both internally and externally at customer level

Nice to Have

Previous experience in key account sales, category management &/or shopper insights would be an asset, CPG experience is strongly preferred

What You'll Do.

Develop & execute customer specific shopper activation plans

Sell and execute shopper marketing plans

Leverage shopper research to enhance knowledge

Develop shopper activation ideas & creative

Assess global shopper toolkits for Canadian market

Build direct relationships with Marketing teams

Represent shopper on assigned accounts

Evaluate shopper/retailer activations for efficiency

Support delivery of shopper marketing budget

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with internal stakeholders and Haleon priority customers; Consult with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Retailers, Agency Partners); Collaborate with and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders; Build direct relationships with Marketing teams at key customers; Establish and maintain relationships with shopper marketing agency partners; Represent shopper on assigned accounts throughout commercial planning; Partner with Retail Insights & Analytics manager; Partner with Finance and Shopper Marketing team
