Must Have
4+ years of experience in eCommerce, UX/UI design background applied to Shopify, Proven experience managing client relationships, Hands-on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Experience working with Shopify or Shopify Plus, Experience owning client communication and execution outcomes, UX/UI design experience focused on eCommerce, Experience managing client relationships, retention, and satisfaction, Experience conducting CRO initiatives, Ability to translate customer behavior and business data into design recommendations, Experience collaborating with developers, marketers, SEO specialists, Organizational and project coordination skills, Commercial mindset, Proficient in English
Nice to Have
Hands-on Shopify development experience, Experience with CRO tools, Experience with SEO for eCommerce, Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing/CRM platforms, Experience working with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, Previous experience in a Shopify-focused agency, Experience supporting business development efforts

As we evolve from execution-focused delivery to long-term strategic partnership, we’re looking for an E-Commerce (Shopify) Practice Lead to own and scale our Shopify practice. The core of this position is strategy, consulting, and ownership. You will act as the main point of contact for Shopify clients, deeply understanding their business, diagnosing opportunities, and guiding them toward measurable improvements in Conversion Rate, AOV, UX/UI, SEO, Site-Speed, Promotions, and overall e-commerce performance. You’ll work closely with developers and designers by setting priorities, defining scope, and ensuring high-quality delivery—without being responsible for writing code or implementing features yourself.
