What You'll Do.
Supervise and coordinate activities of assembly and electrical integration leads
Abide by company policies and enforce safety regulations
Maintain a quality workforce
Oversee the manufacturing of end to end process
Provide overall management for an assigned project
Drive the application of Lean Manufacturing tools
Develop and execute project strategy
and grow production team members
Monitor and report on key operational Inputs
Oversee assigned manufacturing personnel
Promote a culture of safety
continuous improvement
Partner with Engineering
Build and maintain positive
collaborative relationships
Accountable for all aspects of an assigned project
Coordinate with the Director of Manufacturing
Participate in project production hour estimating
Develop and implement manufacturing processes

Team & Collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and other departments to drive alignment and seamless execution of projects.; Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and vendors, turning them into long-term partners and advocates.
Process & Methodology
Provide overall management for an assigned project, Develop and execute project strategy, production schedules, and resource plans aligned with production bid hours., Accountable for all aspects of an assigned project, including processes, procedures, equipment, and execution strategies.
