What You'll Do.
Perform technical and administrative work
Operate metal fabrication shop
Create operational policies
Create safety policies
Implement operational policies

Deliver hands-on trainings
Supervise seasonal employees
Supervise temporary employees
Plan parts procurement operations
Manage parts procurement operations
Evaluate new products
Prepare reports for parts purchase

Ensure safety policies are implemented
