Must Have
1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, 1+ years’ experience collecting and analyzing data and generating metrics reports, Experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint, Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Nice to Have
Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Bachelor’s degree or higher, Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci), Experience working with staff at all levels, comfortable with conducting presentations and running meetings, Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military, Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership, Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT), An Active U. S. Secret Security Clearance

Support teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
