What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, 1–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or order processing, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order checks, Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Clear written and verbal communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software systems, Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Experience working with carriers and handling shipping exceptions, Familiarity with ERPs (e. g. , NetSuite), SPS Commerce or Orderful, and WMS platforms, Understanding of retail EDI standards (e. g. , 850, 856, 810, 997) and GS1 labeling, Experience in retail or wholesale (e. g. , CPG, home goods), Understanding of drop-ship and direct-to-consumer shipping, Exposure to Shopify, OMS platforms, or e-commerce systems, Knowledge of LTL and parcel shipping processes
What You'll Do.
Schedule and execute shipments on time
Handle EDI order processing
Confirm stock availability
Prepare and send packaging and pallet labels
Match fulfillment records with EDI transmissions
Arrange shipments through retailer portals
Monitor shipments and flag issues
Track drop-ship orders
Create simple reports on order and shipment
Follow standard operating procedures
How You'll Work.

Communicate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams; Work with carriers or the warehouse to fix issues; Work as part of a team
