What You'll Do.
Follow daily shipping schedule
Verify sales order information
Ensure export requirements are fulfilled
Address issues with Sales team
Obtain approval for customer shipments
Provide shipping and QA data
Retrieve parts from Manufacturing
Process parts for inventory
Process parts for shipment
Review part drawings for QA requirements
Review part drawings for shipping deliverables
Create Special Work Instructions
Perform internal processing
Perform external processing
Perform daily inventory adjustments
Investigate discrepancies
Support inventory management
Participate in month cycle counts
Process receipt of purchased items
Match packing slips to purchase orders
Submit items to Purchasing
Utilize electronic Shop Floor Control
Utilize export management systems
Scan parts through shipping steps
Maintain a safe work area
Maintain a clean work area
Maintain an organized work area
Organize finished goods inventory
Perform work complying with ISO 9001
Perform work complying with EHS management systems
Distribution of Kan-Ban expendables
Storage of Kan-Ban expendables
