The role requires handling shipments, coordinating courier services, and maintaining accurate records while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Your day-to-day tasks will include:** * Managing all mail and courier services including preparing packages, coordinating pick-up and delivery, and confirming receipt with appropriate stakeholders * Handling incoming and outgoing sensitive shipments with high accuracy and attention to detail * Delivering packages to customer work areas or coordinating pick-up as needed * Maintaining adequate inventory of shipping materials and supplies at all times * Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor in a timely manner * Keeping work areas clean and orderly while following prescribed safety regulations * Resolving shipping and receiving issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer service **Physical Demands and Work Environment:** * Ability to lift 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday * Must be able to frequently walk up and down stairs for inspections and emergency procedures * Ability to detect emergen
