This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, documenting, and coordinating domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with company quality, safety, and customer requirements. This position plays a key role in supporting production schedules and customer satisfaction through efficient shipping operations. The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: * Pick, stage, package, and prepare materials, parts, and products for shipment according to production schedules and customer requirements. * Review work orders, shipping notices, bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and related documentation to prioritize and coordinate shipments. * Verify quantities, weights, dimensions, and part numbers to ensure shipment accuracy. * Determine appropriate shipping methods and carriers based on destination, customer requirements, cost, and delivery timelines. * Process domestic and international shipments using shipping software, including UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and other carrier systems as required. * Generate and apply shipping labels, packing slips, customs documentation, and related shipping records. * Package products using appropriate materials and methods to ensure safe transport and delivery. * Build, assemble, and repair shipping crates, pallets, and other shipping containers using wood and related materials. * Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. * Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility and shipping areas. * Inspe
