To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a **Shipping Coordinator (100%)** _Permanent contract, starting date: as soon as possible_ **Your role:** You will be responsible for daily shipment, according to our sales/production schedules, as well as tracking deliveries to the final customers. You will collaborate daily with our Sales Administration and Customer Support departments to ensure timely delivery of sales orders and returns after repair. **What you will own:** * Management of international shipments * Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice / packing list / EUR1 / Certificate of Origin) * Order preparation * Tracking deliveries to the recipients * Daily communication with freight forwarders, particularly to resolve potential customs issues * Organizing product returns when necessary * Responding to various requests from internal and external clients regarding imports & exports * Hazardous Materials Management (Lithium ion batteries) * Participation in the continuous improvement of the position **Requirements** **Your profile:** * CFC education, and/or significant related experience in international trade & logistics * Fluency in French and good knowledge of English (min B1 level is a must) * 3 years experience in the import/export field with
