Previous experience working in a Shipping environment where processing of customer orders was completed, preferred., General knowledge of shipping procedures, a plus., Ability to operate a forklift, preferred., Bilingual, preferred.
What You'll Do.

Review delivery notes for special instructions.
Maintain accurate records
Resolve routine issues quickly and effectively.
Direct movement of shipments from receiving platforms.
Schedule inbound and outbound loads.
Keep detailed log of commercial vehicles.
Prepare special labels for customer orders.
Ensure shipment meets delivery deadlines.
Use SAP to print pick lists.
Confirm and post orders using SAP.
Access SAP for carrier
and tracking numbers.
Apply continuous improvement mindset.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Ensure proper storage
Act as backup for other office personnel.
