This role is responsible for understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and translating operational needs into effective system enhancements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in shipping operations, liner services, maritime workflows, and EDI/EDIFACT transactions, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with business users, application support teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure business-critical systems operate efficiently and continue to evolve with changing operational requirements.
