Must Have
1+ years of working with computers, Microsoft Office experience, Experience with a ticket-driven workload, Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments, Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian, Speak, write, and read fluently in English, 1+ years of experience in customer service, 1+ years of experience in logistics support, 1+ years of experience in administrative operations
Nice to Have
Experience in transportation, Experience in supply chain, Experience with CRM tools, Experience with Salesforce, Experience with web-based meeting applications, Experience working in a metrics-driven support environment, Experience working in an SLA-based support environment
What You'll Do.
Respond to shipper inquiries
Process shipper requests
Track shipper requests
Escalate complex issues
Maintain shipper records
Update shipper records
Update internal tracking systems
Compile data for reports
Compile reports on shipper interactions
Compile reports on issue trends
Compile reports on team performance
Support creation of knowledge base articles
Support maintenance of knowledge base articles
Support creation of standard operating procedures
Support maintenance of standard operating procedures
Collaborate with team members
Ensure consistent service delivery
Adhere to established workflows
Participate in team meetings
Participate in training sessions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
