Must Have
1+ years of working with computers, Microsoft Office experience, Experience with a ticket-driven workload, Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments, Speak, write, and read fluently in French and English, 1+ years of experience in customer service, 1+ years of experience in logistics support, 1+ years of experience in administrative operations
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools, Experience with web-based meeting applications, Experience in transportation, Experience in supply chain, Experience working in a metrics-driven support environment, Experience working in an SLA-based support environment
What You'll Do.
Respond to shipper inquiries
Process and track shipper requests
Escalate complex or unresolved issues
Maintain and update shipper records
Assist in compiling data and reports
Support the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge
Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service
