What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office, Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments, 1+ years of experience in customer service, logistics support, or administrative operations
Nice to Have
Experience in transportation or supply chain, Experience with CRM tools, Experience with web-based meeting applications, Experience working in a metrics-driven or SLA-based support environment
What You'll Do.
Respond to shipper inquiries
Process and track shipper requests
Escalate complex or unresolved issues
Maintain and update shipper records
Assist in compiling data and reports
Support the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge
Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service
Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to
Participate in team meetings
