Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, 18 years of age or older, 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, 2+ years of customer support experience, Experience in leadership positions, Experience in account management positions, Experience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems, Experience in transportation and supply chain, Experience managing competing priorities, Experience using metrics to drive business decisions

Full Job Description
Amazon's Global Logistics team is looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Shipper Performance Coach to join our Shipper Support team. In this role, you'll help ensure freight moves smoothly into our fulfillment network by monitoring shipper performance, flagging transportation issues, and supporting vendors through established processes. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about logistics, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
