What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Hands-on experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, Minimum 1 year of shipping or warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, attention to detail and organizational skills, Proficiency using computers, scanners, tablets, and warehouse systems, communication and teamwork skills, Basic math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Nice to Have
Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems is an asset
What You'll Do.
ensuring the accurate
and timely preparation and dispatch of outbound shipments to customers and distribution partners
coordinating with carriers
maintaining accurate documentation and system records
cross-trained across both shipping and receiving functions to support operational flexibility and coverage
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate shipment updates with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams; Cross-train and provide operational support across both shipping and receiving functions as required; colleagues respecting, and supporting one another
