What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products, High school or equivalent, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required
Nice to Have
Prior training experience, Prior teaching experience, Prior presentation experience, Willingness to work different shifts, Willingness to work in different areas, Excellent attendance, Very organized, Handle multiple and changing projects/priorities, Support Operational Excellence initiatives

Manage department duties
Ensure trailer utilization
Provide work direction
Communicate with partners
Execute standard work
Correspond with shipping companies
Use shipping company software
Troubleshoot shipping problems
Resolve shipping errors
Control transportation costs
Ensure on-time dock performance
Update Staging POD 5s
Oversee Load Flow Control
Track load level performance
Coordinate with Transportation teams
Protect customer experience
Ensure safety measures
Verify SOP compliance
Track associate performance
Provide feedback on performance
Participate in initiatives
Fill in with production duties
Understand production goals
Keep work area organized
Identify safety hazards
Address safety hazards
Participate in safety initiatives
Refer safety violations
